At Bob’s Heating, our teams continue to adapt to the latest CDC recommended health and safety guidelines. We’re proud to promote healthy and safe work environments for both our team members and our customers. Please see below for a detailed list of our team’s health and safety protocols.

What is Bob’s doing to protect our customers while we are in their home?

At Bob’s Heating & Air Conditioning, your family’s comfort is our family’s business, and we want to make your experience with our team members being at your home as comfortable as possible. 

  • Field team members are not currently mandated to wear masks. If you would like our team to mask up while at your home, please let the customer service representative know to make a note of this request at the time of scheduling your appointment
  • Our employees wear gloves when handling thermostats and attic hatches inside of your home
  • We ask for all field personnel to wear shoe covers when entering your home
  • Additionally, we are asking all homeowners to reschedule appointments if they are exhibiting any potential symptoms

The coronavirus (COVID-19) affects carriers of the virus in different ways, and not everyone has the same symptoms, so we ask all Bob’s employees including our field professionals (techs, IAQ, installers, outside sales representatives, and field managers) to stay home if they are not feeling well.
