For items that we ship to you (example: Furnace Filters, Dax Detergent, etc.) we use the United States Postal Service only. We do not ship internationally.

If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products that we have installed, we will simply remove our equipment and refund your money. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is valid for one full year following your original purchase date.
For all online transactions within the State of Washington, we charge a Destination Sales Tax which is computed by real-time access to the Washington State Department of Revenue sales tax database. Unlike sites with flat rate tax calculations, our system makes sure you do not pay more than you should.
If you are ordering from outside of the state of Washington, there will be no sales tax added to your order.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning stands behind every product and service we sell. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days from the original purchase date. Items returned must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returned items will be inspected prior to a credit/refund being issued. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning reserves the right to assess a restocking charge on all returned merchandise.
