During the summer, attic temperatures can soar to over 150°F, keeping your attic hot throughout the day and well into the night. The higher the temperature of your attic, the less effective your attic insulation will be at stopping heat from entering your home. A well-ventilated attic can reduce home energy costs, reduce wear and tear on cooling equipment, and prolong the life of roofing components.
During the winter months, proper ventilation prevents moisture-laden air from being trapped in the attic, reducing the chance of the formation of dangerous mold and mildew.
Each of these units come with a MULTI-CRYSTAL SOLAR PANEL. This panel offers a 12.6 watt output with high-impact tempered solar cell casings to resist hail, flying debris and impacting winds, and comes with a 10-year limited warranty.
