HEPA System

HEPA filters (High Efficiency Particulate Air) are among the most effective filters available. They capture 99.97% of all particles, even those as small as 0.3 microns. For comparison, a human hair is 150 microns wide. HEPA filters help reduce allergy symptoms, asthma, recurring colds and cough by removing particulates from the air. HEPA filters are so effective they are even used in hospital operating rooms.

Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning offers two different HEPA Filtration Systems for your home:

Standard System:

The Standard HEPA system is designed exclusively to filter indoor air and eliminate microscopic particles. By recirculating air throughout the house, it improves indoor air quality and helps reduce the symptoms associated with respiratory problems.

The Standard system provides 270 CFM of filtered air.

Fresh Air:

The Fresh Air system combines HEPA filtration and ventilation. It filters indoor air and eliminates microscopic particles that can lead to symptoms associated with respiratory problems. It also eliminates excess humidity during the cold seasons and gaseous pollutants by exhausting stale air and replacing it with fresh filtered air.

The Fresh Air system offers 70-105 CFM of fresh air and provides a total of 270 CFM of fresh/filtered air.
