Our house was built about 6-8 yrs ago. Our furnace, attic, and hot water heater were installed by Bob's. About 3-4 yrs ago we started having Bob's do yearly preventive maintenance on the furnace and flush the hot water heater. 2 yrs ago we had Bob's install central A/C. On 12/13/12, Cesar Morales came to our house for furnace maintenance and duct cleaning service. First of all, Cesar called to say he would be here in 30 minutes, he then arrived on time just after 8:00. He was extremely courteous and professional. He handled our dog following him around (and giving kisses) very well. Cesar completed his work in the garage while I took my son to school so that I was able to lock up the house. My wife and I are buying a furnace, heat pump and air cleaner. We had a hard decision on who to go with, Bobs or another company. Both had great reputations. Prices were close though Bobs was lower. What made us go with Bobs, the biggest reason was the Salesperson, Doug Abrams. Never pushy but would recommend and explain why. I hope I can write another review like this after the installation. If the customer first attitude Doug showed is Bobs philosophy I know we are going to be happy and be a long term customer and recommend to others.
